FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT NOW SOUGHT BY A FAST- GROWING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BUSINESS – BASED IN THEIR HEAD OFFICE IN NORTH LONDON- IDEAL FIRST STEP FROM PRACTICE INTO A COMMERCIAL BUSINESS

If you are newly Qualified or Part-Qualified but still wanting support as you move into Commerce this is an ideal role.This is a role with a very well-established property management and acquisition business that works with HNWI and Blue – chip businesses to acquire and manage commercial and residential property.
As their business is growing they are looking for a Financial Accountant to work on property finance, year end financial accounts and bridge lending. No prior property or lending experience required.

We are looking for a grounded accountant who is looking to work as part of a team.

Preference is for candidates who have trained or have experienced in public practice roles.

Requirements:
Ideally still in practice or just out you will be;
* 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance role experience
* ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified.
Skills generally:
* Excellent communicator and good presentation skills
* Can prioritise jobs and work to deadlines
* Accurate in their work
* Honest and diligent
* Work individually as well as in a team
* IT literate – PowerPoint, Word and Excel
* Experience of accounting software preferable – Sage, Xero
* Ability to maintain good relations with all stakeholders
