Role Highlights:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the backbone of operations, ensuring seamless processes and efficient logistics. Your responsibilities will include:
* Shipping Expertise: Manage orders by sea freight and airfreight, orchestrating the movement of products from all origins.
* Document Perfection: Maintain meticulous documentation standards and oversee document control procedures.
* Logistics Maestro: Track shipments daily and weekly, optimizing container planning from various suppliers.
* Global Delivery Champion: Process daily deliveries and shipments across multiple international destinations.
* Issue Resolution Guru: Handle and record incidents and issues, taking swift corrective actions.
* Customer Service Extraordinaire: Manage customer order bookings and diligently follow up on order statuses.
* Financial Navigator: Collaborate with the accounts department to address invoicing issues and queries.
* ERP Efficiency: Utilize ERP systems to create and manage shipments with precision.
* Information Gatekeeper: Ensure accurate information is communicated to forwarders and clearing agents, including invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, and certificates of conformity.
* Duty and Compliance Specialist: Verify and approve Duty, VAT, and T1 documents with meticulous attention to detail.
* Warehouse Management: Coordinate with third-party warehouses for inventory management, customer order preparation, and timely deliveries.
* Stock Control Oversight: Oversee and manage monthly stock control activities, maintaining inventory accuracy.
