Job Description:
As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for a dynamic clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide personalized and attentive service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
– Showcase an in-depth knowledge of our luxury products and their features.
– Demonstrate the ability to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
– Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with the brand’s aesthetic.
– Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
– Assist in inventory management and restocking of products.
– Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
– Passion for luxury products and a keen eye for detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
– Professional appearance and demeanor.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
– Multilingual skills (a plus).
