ASSISTANT MANAGER SOUGHT BY DYNAMIC LEISURE/HOSPITALITY/ RETAIL BUSINESS, FOR HIGH TURNOVER UNIT.

My Client is one of the UK’s most successful service led retail/hospitality chains, with locations across the UK.

They now have an opportunity for an Assistant General Manager to join their high turnover unit in Oxford.

An Assistant General Manager must:
* Have run your own high-paced, hospitality, leisure or retail unit
* Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
* The personality to lead, coach, develop and motivate a large team
* 2 or more years experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* You can have either a hospitality or retail management back ground.

What do you need to do well?
An Assistant General Manager you’ll need to make sure the standard of service remains high at all times, ensure the site is running smoothly, keep the atmosphere just right for the time of day, look after guests, manage staff, and manage all eventualities in the world of hospitality!
