What You’ll Be Doing
Driving Growth & Profitability – Manage sales, control costs, and maximise margins to exceed branch targets.
Building & Leading a Strong Team – Recruit, train, and inspire your team to deliver great customer service and business success.
Developing Customer & Supplier Relationships – Strengthen existing partnerships and establish new connections to drive long-term growth.
Ensuring Operational Excellence – Oversee stock control, safety procedures, and branch efficiency to maintain a smooth-running operation.
Delivering Outstanding Customer Service – Lead by example, ensuring the branch provides exceptional service to every customer.

What You’ll Need
Branch Manager experience – Product knowledge and market expertise are a distinct advantage.
Strong leadership skills – Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
Commercial acumen – Proven track record of hitting sales and margin targets.
Excellent communication – Confident in building relationships with staff, suppliers, and customers.
Analytical mindset – Comfortable with financial reporting, IT systems, and performance tracking.
Customer-focused approach – Dedicated to delivering outstanding service and satisfaction.
