Confidently present product knowledge, maximizing sales and creating unforgettable customer experiences.
From advising on products and completing sales to negotiating upgrades and handling customer service inquiries, your day will be full of variety and challenges.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in customer service or a customer experience role is essential.
Jewellery Enthusiast: Strong knowledge of jewellery, especially diamonds, is a big plus.
Experience handling high-volume calls and emails with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of basic computer software packages (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Gmail.
A “can-do attitude” with a professional, polite, friendly, and tactful approach at all times.
