German Business Development Manager

We are after a Business Development Manager to work in the UK (London) to cover the German and Polish market, bringing on New Clients like the large Retailers of the UK but in those European countries. Your role will be to get this brands incredible product stocked in the Retail stores!
We are looking for a German speaker who is happy to manage a small team in the UK, you will manage the Polish and German sales people.
You MUST have a love for Far Eastern Flavours!
This role is around 50/50 on New Business to Account Management.
GERMAN/ POLISH SPEAKER
*The Business Development Executive will be having meetings with their Distributors across Germany/Poland, on Teams and face to face.
*You will be expected to be in the office twice a month in the City of London.
*The role is to identify new business for the mainstream retail chains, independent retailers and food service clients.
*Maintain good relationships with external stakeholders
*Plan and analyse trade promotional programmes and evaluate results of the activities implemented.
*Regular update of pricing situation for our own and for competitors’ products and use this information to support business planning.
*Ensure sufficient inventory for distributors at any time and must plan with distributors to prevent supply interruption.
*Timely reporting of market situations, data analysis, sales target achievement, and project updates provided to management.
*Effectively communicate with internal & external other functions to execute the planned projects to drive business further.
*Ensure the brand is managed effectively and the brand image and equity are not likely to be harmed
You must:
German/Polish speaker
Driving License is advantageous if you want to drive in Germany/Poland on meetings
You will come into the office twice a week (City of London)
You must be a Foodie, love trying new foods as the office will be a hub for food!
