Internal Sales Executive

My client, a highly sought-after training provider in the UK, recognised for their excellence and featured on BBC, specialises in diverse sectors with a focus on public sector and local authority services. With over 12 years of market leadership and continuous growth, they are now seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.

Position:

Based in Manchester, this full-time Internal Sales Executive role offers a salary of £30k-£35k + OTE £50k. We seek a driven and adaptable individual with a proven background in B2B sales. Previous experience in selling to Local Authority or Public Sector clients is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

-Proactively responding to internal inquires (warm leads) and progress customers from initial inquiry through till close.
-Convert warm leads into valuable customers across national territories.
-Manage the sales process including conducting product demonstrations.
-Meet monthly revenue targets and KPIs while maintaining a consultative sales approach.
-Foster long-term client relationships through a consultative approach and innovative strategies.
-Emphasis on building relationships on a long-term basis.

You Must Be:

-Successful in converting warm leads into customers development – B2B.
-Show the ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships with new customers.
-A consultative sales leader, with a focus on ethical values, especially when working with childcare/educational institutions.
