Due to their ambitious growth plans my client has recognised the need to bring in an established Merchandising leader with jewellery experience. This is to make sure the business can continue their excellent trajectory whilst also making sure the wider merchandising team have someone who can lead by example and continue their development.

You will be:
* The driving force behind business ensuring product & brand consistency
* Enhancing customer experiences
* Build and nurture a high-performing merchandising team, fostering a culture of
innovation & collaboration.
* Maximising profitability across both online and across stores within the UK & internationally

This role requires a visionary leader from the Jewellery industry who can inspire and lead a dynamic team of merchandising professionals to achieve strategic objectives.
