Our client, a leading specialist in the preparation and supply of top-quality fresh and pre-prepared vegetables to bespoke customer orders within the restaurant trade, is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the London area.

Responsibilities:
* Strategic Business Development: Identify and nurture new B2B opportunities, within the hospitality sector, showcasing commercial acumen.
* Sales Leadership: Develop and implement plans to expand the customer base, exceeding sales targets and fostering key partnerships.
* Innovative Initiatives: Spearhead new sales programs to capture key demographics, contributing to continuous success.
* Effective Communication: Provide daily reports and VOC data (Voice of the customer), collaborating with the leadership team.
You Must Have:
* 5 years+ in sales, demonstrating expertise in commercial and strategic planning.
* Leadership Skills: previous experience in managing and inspiring sales teams
* Customer Focus: Dedication to outstanding customer service and building enduring client relations.
* Proven experience in business development strategies and success
* Sales experience within the FMCG sector (ideally food or beverage)
