We’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the charge in optimizing our supply chain and enhancing our competitive edge.
💼 The Role:
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be the driving force behind our supply chain strategy. Your responsibilities include forging strong stakeholder relationships, overseeing supply planning and stock management, forecasting stock requirements, and maintaining our replenishment systems. You’ll also take the helm in supplier management and lead our dedicated supply chain team.

🔍 Qualifications and Skills:
We’re looking for candidates with:
Exceptional planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in Excel (Advanced level preferred).
Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills.
A degree in a relevant field.
🌐 Experience and Knowledge:
Candidates should possess:
Expertise in merchandising/Supply Chain processes.
Proficiency in financial management related to profit and cost levers.
Proven people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a supply chain team.
Retail background preferred.
Familiarity with merchandising/ERP systems, with SAP experience being a plus.
Demonstrated experience in merchandise or supply chain management, including critical path management, financial planning & control (WSSI and OTB), and supply chain operations.

We’re seeking a customer-focused, experienced manager with at least 5 years of supply chain management expertise. You should be adept at leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Collaboration and negotiation with senior supplier contacts are essential, so commercial awareness is key. A background in retail or consumer goods is highly desirable.
