FAST GROWING JEWELLERY RETAILER SEEKS TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR FOR MULTI-FACETED RECRUITMENT ROLE.

The Role:
● Headhunting candidates to ensure that we have a strong pipeline of candidates coming into the business at all times.
● Advertising and marketing all live vacancies using social media and other channels
● Act as “Brand Ambassador” for the business
● Pre-screen candidates and telephone interviews to ensure appropriate fit.
● Work with internal Managers and Leadership Team to ascertain skill sets and key hires for the business
● Support candidates throughout their interview process and ensure prompt and accurate feedback is given
● Issue offer letters combined with HR
● Gather all compliance information, such as right to work, passport, utility bills etc ● Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.
● Managing the onboarding process

Your experience:
● 2+ Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter or similar role preferably within retail or hospitality
● Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing
● Familiarity with job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems
● Experience interviewing candidates and organizing skills assessment centers
● Knowledge of labor legislation
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
● Strong decision-making skills
