The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our clients continued expansion, shaping the future of their business. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
* Present and promote our products and services to potential clients through effective sales presentations and negotiations.
* Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the hospitality sector.
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
