The role involves 100% new business development, offering a competitive salary of £35k-40k + £7k car allowance + £65k OTE (uncapped).

Role Details:
-Focus on new business within the hospitality sector, specifically hotels, spas, and restaurants.
-Manage the South-East territory, requiring residence in the designated area.
-Emphasis on new business development; a role for proactive, target-driven individuals.
-Salary: £35K-40K + £7K car allowance + £65K OTE (uncapped) + Team target incentives and Christmas bonus!

You Must Have:
-Business Development/Field Sales experience in solution selling and deal closures.
-Proven experience in agreeing service contracts (1year+)
-Proficiency in the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
-Skill in lead generation through channels like sales navigator, referrals, and building external relationships.
-Experience in solution-based sales processes and effective pipeline management.
-Excellent communication, influencing skills (written and verbal).
-Clean driving license (3 years+).
-Residency in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
-Target new business opportunities in the defined territory, achieving quarterly and annual financial targets.
-Network effectively within target sectors, including corporate, manufacturing, hotels, restaurants, and catering firms.
-Self-generate high-value customer leads to meet target customer profile mix.
-Present customer proposals and pricing within agreed templates.
-Accurate forecasting of monthly sales performance and installations.
-Attend trade shows/networking events to enhance brand awareness, with support from internal stakeholders.
