Role Overview:
As a Digital Acquisition Manager you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You will take the lead in developing and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns that will shape our brand’s future. Your role will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital acquisition strategies in alignment with the company’s expansion goals.
Utilize a mix of digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the lifestyle e-commerce space to stay ahead of the competition.
Campaign Management and Optimisation:
Create, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies and budgets as necessary.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all marketing collateral aligns with the brand’s messaging and goals.
Budget Management:
Effectively allocate and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal cost-efficiency and maximum ROI.
Track spending across various channels and campaigns while identifying opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements.
SEO and SEM Excellence:
Implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid search traffic.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and search engine algorithm changes to maintain a strong online presence.
Social Media Mastery:
Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content that resonates with our target audience.
Email Marketing Expertise:
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture our customer base.
Develop personalized email journeys that enhance the customer experience and drive conversions.
Analytics and Reporting:
Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Utilize data-driven decision-making to refine strategies, enhance user experiences, and maximize ROI.
Competitive Analysis:
Stay ahead of industry trends and monitor competitors’ digital marketing efforts.
Identify opportunities for innovation and growth while maintaining a keen eye on market changes and shifts in consumer behaviour.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in digital marketing with a focus on acquisition and performance marketing.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
