Night Retail Manager London Heathrow Airport
£30-34 K + 15% night allowance + up to 12% management bonus
3 on 3 off – 1800-0600 – 38.5 hours per week
Purpose
Take charge of inspiring and leading a dynamic team to deliver cost-effective replenishment and seamless administration. Through exceptional coaching, strong leadership, and role modelling of high standards, you’ll ensure operational excellence in UK’s most bustling airport retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Empower and develop your team by providing tailored coaching and creating opportunities for growth.
– Lead by example to inspire world-class service and operational standards every day.
– Collaborate as part of the management team to ensure the smooth running of operational functions.
– Recruit exceptional talent while promoting the business as an employer of choice.
Scope
– Work with a blend of customer-facing and operational support leaders.
– Operate airside within a small to large terminal, overseeing a team of up to 20 members.
– Lead shifts during trading hours (04:00-22:00), with some locations requiring oversight of night replenishment teams.
– Manage stock replenishment, turnover, and administrative activities to support budgeted sales and cost targets.
