Account Manager/Internal Sales wanted for distribution Company
Salary: up to £36k DOE + BONUS
Location: Liverpool- Mon-Friday working
Leading materials distributor, is on the hunt for an Account Manager/ Internal Sales Specialist who’s is passionate about great service.
Key Responsibilities
* Building excellent relationships with new and lapsed customers so you can understand
and meet their needs
* Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets
through upselling and cross-selling relevant products, offering specific product
advice.
* Getting to know our suppliers and continuously looking for opportunities to improve
product and industry knowledge
* Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
* Following plans to continuously improve customer experience.
* Advising customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to
customer accounts and credit levels. (financial)

Required Skills and Experience
