Are you a seasoned Pizza Maestro with a fiery passion for crafting mouthwatering pizza? My client is an avant-garde artisan NYC style pizzeria in the heart of Marylebone, West London, is on the hunt for a Senior Pizza Chef extraordinaire to lead their pizza revolution!

Responsibilities:

Pizza Preparation: Prepare and stretch dough, sauce, and toppings according to the New York style pizza recipe.

Pizza Cooking: Operate and manage pizza ovens (electric) to cook pizzas to perfection. .

Menu Development: Collaborate with the management team to create and develop new pizza recipes and menu items. Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the pizza industry to enhance our menu offerings.

Kitchen Management: Supervise and train junior pizza chefs and kitchen staff. Ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly, including inventory management, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety regulations.

Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Address any customer concerns or complaints regarding the pizzas and ensure a positive dining experience.

Experience Required:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pizza chef, with a focus on New York style pizza. Experience in a senior or supervisory role is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of pizza dough preparation, sauce making, and pizza cooking techniques. Proficient in stretching and tossing pizza dough to achieve the desired thin and crispy crust.

Leadership: Proven leadership and management skills to effectively train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a calm and organised kitchen environment.
