Showroom Executive wanted for fast growing family owned luxury retail business based in Calderdale

Are you an experienced Showroom Executive ready to take your earnings up to £50k?

My client have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Showroom Executive to join a well-established family owned business. This role is perfect for an experienced Showroom executive who has a proven track record of generating new business and exceeding targets!
The ideal candidate will have experience working as Sales and Marketing Executive and will be comfortable working with targets and KPI’s.
The role has a exciting element of sales which is rewarded with a generous commission structure. There is also an opportunity for the ideal candidate to generate new business and target commercial clients.

Duties :
* Sales and Customer Engagement: Proactively approach customers in the showroom or via phone/email to understand their needs and preferences, offer expert advice, and facilitate product selection.
* Account Management: Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and upselling products to drive repeat business.
* Lead Generation: Utilise various channels to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including utilising a CRM system of existing leads and the occasional home viewing with potential clients.
* Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from order placement, supplier negotiations and delivery coordination, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Some invoicing will be required using a simple inhouse user friendly system.
The ideal candidate :
* Proven experience in telephone and face to face inbound sales, preferably in flooring, interiors or the luxury retail industry.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers and partners.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and drive revenue.
* A driven individual with a proven record of hitting and exceeding targets/KPI’s

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:30pm)
* Weekend availability one weekend a month (10:00am – 4:00pm)

Supplemental pay types:
* £30-£35k base salary
* Generous commission scheme
* Performance bonus
* Yearly bonus
* The role offers an excellent base salary of £30-£35k + a generous commission scheme. The expectations is that your OTE will rise to £50,000.
