Peter Shrimpton

Since 1997, I have experienced a fantastic journey from Consultant to Manager to Director to owner. Being so passionate about our business, I am very proud to have conducted a management buyout in 2013 to return us to our Mandeville specialisms. I am married to Caroline with two children and love swimming outdoors, training for cycle sportives, watching Spurs and walking our dog, Monty.

Nikki Woodley

I am originally from a manufacturing background but in 2007 I found happiness in the excitement of recruitment accounting. I love numbers, so you could say I am the Rachel Riley (I wish!) of Mandeville. I enjoy holidays, knitting and I like to do some form of exercise every day especially zumba, boogie bounce and local walks with my partner and dog, Maggie.

Stewart Mackay

I’m a recruitment veteran with over 10 years’ industry experience – committed to providing world class service to both candidates & clients. A keen rugby follower who has travelled with the British & Irish Lions to Australia and who had the privilege of watching the 2015 Rugby World Cup Final at Twickenham. Married (sorry ladies) with two fantastic children – William & Isabella.

Ian Gerstein

After a long career in Fashion – I started in recruitment in 2007. I joined Mandeville in 2009 and have built a significant presence within Fashion Retail as well as Clients in Retail and Hospitality. Our industry expertise combined with an absolute determination to look after our Clients or Candidates is the key to our team’s success. Otherwise I am kept busy by family, friends and golf!

Natasha Uppal

I started my career in luxury and fashion, working for great brands such as Tom Ford – I then forged a new career by fusing it with recruitment! I am a meticulous professional with the ability to identify and attract top-tier talent. With 5+ years’ experience, I have a genuine passion for connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities! I believe in working closely with my clients to truly understand their needs and expectations. When I’m not recruiting, I love spending time with my family and friends, particularly my young son.

Sharan Sandhu

With a decade of expertise in the luxury and beauty sector, I came from a retail background as a retail manager who specialised in driving sales, managing a team, operational management, and training across a large estate. My diverse knowledge equips me to comprehend clients’ recruitment needs and attract top talent effectively. I am dedicated to supporting candidates in their recruitment journey, aiding them in securing their ideal roles. Beyond professional pursuits, I savour outdoor adventures with my family and have a passion for food and travel.

Nayha Ahmad

I have specialised in sales recruitment since 2012 – I bring market knowledge and expertise to candidates and clients. I have worked in many different verticals especially FMCG, IT, logistics and business services. Outside of recruitment I am a TV/radio presenter, appearing every week on the BBC! I am a lover of food and fashion and have been regularly on Sky TV presenting food programmes. I have a cat called Tiger whom I would call the love of my life except I am getting married this year!

Akshi Kular

As a senior recruitment consultant at Mandeville, I leverage my years of experience since 2009 in the fashion industry to help clients find the best talent for their design, buying, and merchandising vacancies. With previous roles within fashion buying, I have a deep understanding of the retail market, trends and skills, as well as a strong network of contacts and candidates across the UK and internationally. Outside of work I enjoy travel (I have a ‘bucket list’ trip to Borneo planned) and cherishing quality moments with my family.

Bev Boor

In summary, my 16-year journey in retail fashion, beginning my recruitment journey in 2011 (with Mandeville from 2015!), positions me as an experienced professional, who can offer a blend of retail intuition and recruitment acumen. My clients and candidates benefit from a comprehensive and insightful approach to talent acquisition in the ever-evolving world of retail and beyond. Aside from work, everything is focused around my young daughter, amazing husband and renovating an old Victorian property! Oh, and Joe Wicks – Joe is the 2nd man in my life!

Amar Dosanjh

With over 5 years’ experience in financial services and technology recruitment, I love supporting the growth of companies in my industry by headhunting the top talent and finding them the ideal role. I am naturally interested in the latest technology the world has to offer. Away from work, I love playing basketball and golf, and enjoy cooking and listening to music to relax. Something in the air in the Mandeville Office at the moment as I am also due to be married later in the year.

Nicola Kennedy

Based in Manchester, I have been specialising the trade sector for over 12 years. Regional managers, branch managers, electrical sales managers, showroom managers, kitchen designers are amongst the varied roles I work on. With that amount of experience, I pride myself on the extensive network of candidates and clients I have built up. I love walking with my family and am lucky enough to live near to both the Yorkshire Dales and the Peak District.
